Creates thin metal layers on friction surfaces, reducing
wear and reconditioning metal structure.
Application of
ÌÑ-1000: • Bearings of hubs • Constatnt velocity slip joints •
Trunnions • Ball-and-socket bearings • Steering link ends Working
temperature from -40 to +140 îÑ
Decreases possibility of jamming a piston when the engine is
overheated.
Removes scores and marks.
Rules of
application: - Clean the piston from remainders of
burning. - Carefully wash it in a chemical dissolver. - Dry
it. - Stir the contents of the jar. - Cover the piston sides
with a thin layer of the grease with a brush or a spray. - For
new pistons 1-2 layers is enough; for used ones - up to 5
layers After applying each layer you should dry the piston: 18-25
C - 20 -25 min. The final drying:
Intended for easy-loaded friction, slide bar and rolling
assemblies but also for underwater equipment.
Grease is not toxic, transparent, stainless.
Possesses high heat resistance (from -50 to +230
C)
Particular advantages: - contains
more silicone than aerosols -> you can apply
more thick and durable layer with no need in spraying
-> it does not get into your
lungs.
Used in such friction pairs as:
metal-metal; metal-plastic;
metal-rubber; metal-leather.
