Lapping pastes

Rough and finishing compositions are combined in one tube, that enables to save time of lapping and reduce this time to 3 minutes. The form of a dispenser simplifies application and does not require any additional press.
Cream composition is well fixed in the zone of friction, does not slough, makes the contact surfaces better and improves valves cooling due to a metal micro-film formed on the surface (thickness of this field is about 2-3 mcm).

 


Modifications

Pastes are packaged in 20g tubes of the valves form, and presented by:
• Classic – 20 gr (yellow)
• Diamond – 20 gr (red)
• ANF (Antifrictional Nonabrasive Finishing) – 20 gr (black)
• Professional – 50 gr (dark blue)

FABO (valve paste antifriction nonabrasive finishing).

FABO makes contact surfaces significantly clearer and withdraws heat from the valve cap. It creates a bronze-based film on the metal surface 2-3 mcm thick.

The paste remains in the lapping zone and doesn't fall off, which makes lapping more effective.
