Resurs-Diesel forms a porous metal layer that keeps oil inside itself like sponge, and prevents dry friction when the engine is overheated or at cold start.

The difference between RESURS-DIESEL and other Resurs modifications is its stability in centrifuge lubrication systems, which is typical for supersize vehicles and forced diesel engines. Active metal particles of the substance not only penetrate easily through the oil filter, but get through the centrifuge with oil and don't remain in there, unlike the remainders of slag and wear.

RESURS Diesel is produced in three kinds of package:
- plastic jar 50g (enough for 2-4 liters of oil)
- metal bottle 150g (enough for 4-6 liters of oil)
- metal bottle 350g (enough for 8-12 liters of oil)
