Presented Diesel stand is for comparative tribological studies of motor oil and lubricant compositions.

Stand consists of the main and gaging equipment equipment:

Main equipment includes

- Diesel engine of the air-cooling D120 (2Ч10,5/12) made by Vladimir Tractor Pland with nominal power 22,5 kWt (photo 1);

- equipment for diesel weighting made by «PTF «Konsis»», based on the dynamo of the firm «Faurndau", power 26 kWt (look photo 1). It lets to set rotational moment in the diapason from 0 to 110 Н∙m and maintain it constant automatically during the testing and also to set procedure of rotational moment changing according to certain program. It's possible to modify the diesel rotation frequency by loadinjg regulation and fuel delivery from 800 to 2000 revo;

- block of the thermoelectric heaters for the diversion of the energy output.

Stand gaging equipment
includes
measuring complex made by «Garant» for the engine parameter determination operationg as multi-channel measuring-calculating (photo 3).

Complex consists from the Diesel fixed sensors, sensors' signal booster and Personal Computer with Analog-Digital Transformer and Program Software.

- set of the instruments made by the factory "Kalibr" for the wear measuring of the cilinder bushes, piston rings and crankshaft;

- gas analyzer "Autotest-02-03P" for determination of the exhaust gas mixture;

- infra red Furje spectrometer "InfraLUM FT-02" for the analysis of the motor oil condition during the testing process

Rotation frequency of the crankshaft

Rotational moment in the shaft

Gas pressure in cilinders

Temperature of the exhaust gas

Average indicated power and indicated capacity

Oil samp gas pressure

Oil temperature in the crank case

Fuel unit discharge

Oil unit discharge

Content of the CH, O2, CO2, CO and NOx in the exhaust gas

Wear of the knots friction units

Content of the additives in the oil
