"RESURS" – Professional set of Lapping pastes

“RESURS” and “GR”. Handy shape of a dispenser helps to apply paste to the
valve easily. The paste is fixed well, kept in the operating zone and not
frayed. Due Owing to so affective characteristics lapping paste “RESURS”
and “GR” will help you to solve a lot of professional problems and
you will be pleased with an operatin process.

How to use lapping pastes “RESURS” and “GR” 1.
Spread the paste on around the edge of the valve. 2. Insert the
valve with the coil into the guide dub. Fix the valve in the split
terminal in the rubber tube. 3. Rotate the valve back and forth
to lap it. If you occasionally raise the valve when lapping, the
paste that has been superseded beyond the edge returns onto the
working surface.

RESURS 63 Paste contains the particles which size is

For

RESURS 50 Paste contains

Is
used to hasten diesel engines valves lapping. Paste contains very
hard components, such as boron nitride.

"RESURS" – metal-plating paste
Maximum
effect after valves lapping is achieved when a seat and valve are
processed by RESURS MPP. The point is that a bronze films are created on
the parts surfaces.
Creates a metal film on the parts surface 2–3 mkm thick,
that helps to better heatsink from a valve plate; increase gastightness,
the engine’s power and economy; decrease noise of gas-distributing
mechanism; shorten a period of hot lapping of the seat and valve in two
times.
